Paycheck Schedule:
Employees are paid semi-monthly (twice a month).
Direct Deposit:
Paychecks are directly deposited into employee
financial accounts to
ensure timely, secure delivery
of funds.
Life Insurance:
A Voluntary Group Term Life Insurance policy is
available to employees working at least 20 hours
per week. Employees may buy life insurance in
multiples of $10,000 up to $300,000, not to exceed
six times their annual salaries. Additional life
insu-ance may be purchased for spouses and children.
These life insurance policies are portable, meaning
employees can choose to keep this coverage even
after their employment ends.
Health Insurance:
A national PPO Plan available to employees working
at least 25 hours per week. Prescription coverage
is included. The cost of the medical coverage
is based on individual, employee and spouse, employee
and child(ren), or family coverage. The company
and employee both contribute to the cost of the
medical insurance.
Vision Insurance:
A voluntary plan is available to employees working
at least 25 hours per week. It includes savings
on vision exams, eyeglass frames, lenses and contact lenses.
A laser vision correction benefit also is included.
Dental Insurance:
Employees working at least 30 hours per week have
the option to
secure voluntary dental insurance allowing employees to choose their dentist. Under this plan, 100 percent of the usual and customary cost is
covered for preventive procedures immedi-ately,
80 percent for restorative procedures immediately,
and 50 percent for major proce-dures after a 12-month
waiting period. The cost to the employee is based
on individual, employee and spouse, or family
coverage.
Voluntary Supplemental Insurance:
There are five different voluntary policies to
choose from; employees can select all five or
any combination. These policies are portable,
meaning employees can choose to keep this coverage
even after their employment ends.
